Well, I'll let you in on a little secret. The biggest tip I can give you guys is that if you want to hang out with this girl, get close to her best friend. If you've got her on your side, it makes things way easier. Then to make getting your crush to hang out with you even easier, ask her and the best friend to hang out with you and one of your guy friends. It's like a double date in disguise. Plus, it makes it a lot less awkward and your crush will be way more willing to hang out with you that way and you can get to be better friends and maybe even more.
